Overview
RASPSM is a two day strategy planning session that is highly interactive and tailored to meet your specific needs.
You set the topic and Ronin provides the industry leading experts. Topics can include agility, the RUP, or Enterprise Unified Process (EUP), Enterprise Architecture, Reuse, or just general “How do we get to where we need to be” type situations. What “hurts” for you today? Ronin tailors the RASPSM Session to address your specific needs.
Formats of RASPSM Sessions can vary. It begins with an initial free phone consultation to discuss your issues so Ronin can get the right person involved to work with you. Sessions can take the form of a two day strategizing session on how to roll out a new software development process with senior executives to a two day down-and-dirty discussion with developers on how to take a test-driven approach to development.
